It is a medium sized tile that interlocks.

This flat profiled roof tile is available in smooth or granular finish in a wide range of colours.
Regent half cut tiles are acceptable at gable ends - althougth any size smaller should be avoided.
A bird stop should be used at eaves level to prevent bird entry to loft space.
