Redland Grovebury roof tiles are manufactured by Monier and are constructed from concrete. It is also known by the name of Double Pan Tile
as
it looks similer to a tradtional pan tile.
It is a medium/large sized roofing tile that interlocks.
The guarantee period for the Redland Grovebury is fifteen years.
This curved and profiled roofing tile is available in smooth or granular finish.
Redland Grovebury half cut tiles are NOT acceptable at gable ends.
This is a classic and popular tile as it is easy to carry, load and lay onto the roof. It must however be laid striaght bonded.
