The Redland Double Roman roof tile is manufactured by Monier and is constructed from concrete. It is also known by the name of Redland 50
.
It is a medium sized roofing tile that interlocks.
The guarantee period for Redland Renown tiles is fifteen years.
This flat profiled tile is available in smooth or granular finish in a wide range of colours.
Redland 50 half cuts are acceptable at gable ends - althougth any size smaller should be avoided.
This classic tile is very popular as it is easy to carry, load and lay onto the roof. It must however be laid striaght bonded.
