Gutters becoming blocked are common throughout the world - often caused by
excessive roof moss which is washed down the tiles and settles in the gutter.

Gutter Vacuum
This product is best suited to professional gutter cleaning companies or those who have inaccessible roof gutters that would otherwise
require scaffold to reach safely.
This powerful vacuum with a long reach pole system can easily clear out gutter blockages over conservatories or down narrow footpaths between houses.
The manufacturers of this product have gone a step further - Not only does it work as a powerful outdoor hoover it can also be used as a jet wash to
flush the inside of the gutters and downpipes. There is also the option of a video camera attachment which can be used to wirelessly transmit a feed to
a small digital display - or can be stored on a pc hard drive and shown to a customer as evidence of the work being carried out to a high standard.

Cordless Guttering Cleaner
Please note this gutter cleaning product is designed for U.S and Australian gutters - Standard gutters in the United Kingdom are too narrow.
This device is battery powered and is designed to sit in the guttering - once activated the bristles will rotate in excess of 500 RPM lifting and
blowing out any debris from the gutter. The product is remote controlled with a range of 40 feet and a single battery charge will last
approx. 150 feet.
With three speed settings and a waterproof outer shell this Gutter Robot
is a modern product suited to wide gutters or even roof valleys.
Gutter Wand
The gutter wand does not come supplied with a long reach pole system but can be attached one and a hose - the water is then used to flush through the guttering system. It is advisable to disconnect the gutter from the rainwater downpipe to prevent blockages in the pipe or even worse in the underground drainage pipework
This product is more targeted to the DIY market and in our opinion there are a few drawbacks to this otherwise useful tool:
- You cannot see wether the gutters have been cleaned correctly
- There have been reports of the product not removing heavy excessive blockages
- The tool is not powered so the water pressure from the tap may be weak
